Delivery times are provided by Canada Post, please note these are estimates and not guaranteed. These estimates are for items sent between most major urban centres. Actual delivery times may also depend on other factors i.e. weather delays, customs, etc.

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure their shipping address is correct. Please make arrangements to be present for your delivery or provide a secure place to deliver them. Any return-to-sender fees and reshipping costs will be covered by the buyer.

Import duties, customs, taxes, and charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.

Oversize Lettermail and Small Packet USA/International are the cheapest air parcel services provided by Canada Post. These shipping options have no tracking and no insurance. By choosing this option, you accept the risks of lost, damaged, or stolen goods, whether the loss or damage occurred before or after you receive them. You may not be eligible for a refund under these circumstances should you choose this service. You have the option to choose services which have both tracking and insurance. Please wait at least 4 weeks after ship date before inquiring about missing orders.

Euphoria Forest offers STANDARD SHIPPING for all the orders. We usually ship through e-Packet to the next countries: United States, Canada ,Australia, Britain ,France, Russia, Ukraine, Saudi Arabia, Israel, Norway,Germany,Brazil,South Korea ,Malaysia,Singapore, New Zealand,Denmark, Switzerland, Belgium, Austria,Hungary ,Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Italy, Poland, Sweden,Turkey ,Finland, Mexico, Portugal, Ireland.

For the other countries we ship through Hong Kong Registered Airmail or China Post Registered Airmail.

All items will be shipped out within 5~10 business days once the payment has been cleared. 

Average shipping times after the 5-10 processing days:
North America: 10~25 business days 
UK, Europe, Australia: 15~35 business days 
Asia: 7~20 business days 
Mexico: 18~25 business days 
Other Countries: +40 business days

Euphoria Forest shall not be liable for any lost, stolen or damaged packages or for any delay caused by act or default of the shipping carrier. Euphoria Forest is responsible for orders until they leave our warehouse facility only. Once tracking is received, it is between the shipping company and the customer to ensure the goods arrive safely.

   

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
The fee varies depending how where the item is shipping to so the range is $7.40-12.40USD. You just pay one shipping fee for the whole order, not for each item!

USPS website showed the tracking status as ' Origin is preparing shipment'. When I called to USPS, I have been told that the package is still in origin place. Does it mean that the package has not dispatched?
The status of 'origin is preparing shipment' shown in USPS website actually means that the package has arrived in US inbound. It also means that the local postal service is preparing to dispatch the package and it should arrive at your doorstep shortly Your patience is greatly appreaciated.
