SHOP
❤︎ Discounts don't stack so you will not be able to enter multiple ones.
❤︎ Make sure there are no bundles in your cart. Bundles already have a discount so they will not stack with extra coupons on top.
❤︎ Lastly, make sure you use all CAPS when writing out the code. Lower case will give an error.
SHIPPING
❤︎ We are based in Charlotte, NC and ship via USPS as our standard shipping carrier.
❤︎ All packages are sent TRACKED unless otherwise stated (ie: stickers and such labeled as STAMPED mail)
❤︎ Some of the Accessories - like T shirts, Blankets, Mugs and some Stationery items are printed on demand and dispatched from an external shipping location either in USA or EU depending on the location you order from. For those items the disclaimer will be in the description.
We aim to ship within 1 - 3 business days but our for sure shipping days are Wednesday and Thursday
❤︎ Items will be shipped after the completion and clearance of the payment within the next week unless specified otherwise. (for example for custom items or preorders).
Estimated shipping timeframes:
❤︎ Delivery time to the Netherlands takes 1 to 3 business days
❤︎ Delivery to the European Union may take up to 5 to 7 business days
❤︎ Delivery times to the USA may range from 7 to 12 business days or even longer
❤︎ For other countries, shipping may take anywhere from 6 to 15 business days, or possibly even longer
❤︎ Customs and post office delays can significantly impact package delivery times and we have no control over it.
Please wait at least 4 weeks after ship date before inquiring about missing orders.
❤︎ If an item arrives damaged (provide evidence with a photo and the written note by the forwarder/delivery person), so we can evaluate it and open a case with our shipping carrier.
❤︎ In the event that the intended recipient declines or fails to collect the package, resulting in it being returned to us, the buyer will be responsible for the repeat shipping fees.
❤︎ If your order is delayed due to production we will reach out to either reschedule your delivery date or cancel your order
❤︎ We can offer a refund if your order is delayed due to us
❤︎ We cannot offer a refund for delayed shipping once it has left our falicties as this is an issue with the shipping carrier which we have no control over
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
❌ Digital items, gift cards, custom orders and items on sale are non refundable and cannot be exchanged. ❌
❤︎ We accept returns and exchanges only for already made items in the Shop.
❤︎ If you have purchased an already made item from our Shop, send us a message and you can return the item within 14 days of purchase under the condition that the item is unused and undamaged.
❤︎ Contact us within 3 days of delivery.
❤︎ Follow our instructions and dispatch items back within 14 days of delivery with the proof of postage.
❤︎ After the item is received a refund or exchange will be issued.

❤︎ Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
❤︎ To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
❤︎ Buyers are responsible for return postage costs unless the wrong item was received. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
❤︎ We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
❤︎ If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
❤︎ Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
